The territorial collectivity of French Guyana shall be liable, under the conditions provided for in article L. 2123-31, accidents suffered by councillors at the Assembly of French Guyana during the performance of their duties.
When the elected representatives mentioned in Article L. 7125-33 are victims of an accident occurring in the performance of their duties, the territorial collectivity of French Guyana shall pay directly to practitioners, pharmacists, medical auxiliaries, suppliers and establishments the amount of the benefits relating to this accident calculated according to the rates applied in terms of health insurance.
