The deliberations of the Assembly of French Guyana and the Standing Committee, as well as the acts of the President of the Assembly of French Guyana, are subject to the legal regime governing acts taken by the regional authorities under the conditions laid down in Chapters I and II of Title IV of Book I of Part Four.
The exercise by a taxpayer of shares belonging to the territorial collectivity of French Guyana is subject to the provisions of Chapter III of Title IV.
