CHAPTER I: General provisions

The Assembly of French Guiana regulates the affairs of the territorial collectivity of French Guiana through its deliberations. The Assembly of French Guyana may create public establishments known as agencies, responsible for ensuring the implementation of projects of interest to the territorial collectivity of French Guyana and the operation of the collectivity’s public services.
