When the territorial community of Martinique distributes, in any form whatsoever, a general information bulletin on the achievements and management of the Assembly of Martinique and the Executive Council of Martinique, a space is reserved for the expression of the groups of elected representatives. The terms of application of this provision are defined by the internal regulations.
