Subsection 3: Guarantees granted at the end of the term of office or the performance of duties

At the end of their term of office or the performance of their duties, the elected representatives referred to in article L. 7227-7 benefit, at their request, from a refresher course organised within the company, particularly in the light of changes to their workstation or to the techniques used.
