CHAPTER III : Regional cooperation

The Martinique Assembly may use local semi-public companies and semi-public companies governed by the loi n° 46-860 du 30 avril 1946 tendant à l’établissement, au financement et à l’exécution de plans d’équipement et de développement des territoires relevant du ministère de la France d’outre-mer pour la mise en œuvre des actions engagées dans le cadre des compétences qui lui sont dévolues en matière de coopération régionale.

The territorial authority of Martinique may, under the conditions determined by an agreement with the State, designate public employees of the territorial authority to represent it at French diplomatic missions.
