Remuneration paid for the professional activities referred to in 2° and 3° of article L. 4041-2 constitutes revenue for the company and is received by it. By way of exception, when these activities are carried out on a personal basis by a member, the related remuneration does not constitute revenue for the company.
Each member of the interprofessional outpatient healthcare company is liable for the professional acts he performs in the context of the activities provided for in the company’s articles of association under the conditions set out in articles L. 1142-1 to L. 1142-2.
A partner may withdraw from an interprofessional ambulatory care company, either by selling his shares or by being reimbursed by the company for the value of his shares.
