Section 1: Application for approval

The application for authorisation from a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur mentioned in article L. 7232-1 is sent by its legal representative to the departmental prefect by electronic means or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The application for authorisation must state : 1° The address and company name of the legal entity or the name of the sole trader ; 2° The address of the principal establishment of the legal entity or the sole trader, and the address of any secondary establishments; 3° The departments in which the activities will be carried out; 4° The nature of the services offered and the public or customers…
