Paragraph 1: Formation of the company

Natural or legal persons practising as court-appointed administrators or judicial representatives may not hold, either directly or indirectly, shares or corporate units in a société de participations financières covered by article R. 743-139-21.

The formation of the company is the subject of a declaration sent by a joint agent of the partners to the Minister of Justice, by tele-procedure on the website of the Ministry of Justice, and to the Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce.
