Chapter III: Seizures notified to public accountants

Where the measure must be carried out in the hands of a public accountant, any creditor holding an enforcement order or an authorisation for a precautionary measure may request the authorising officer to inform him of the public accountant competent to receive the notification and of all information necessary for the implementation of the measure.

With the exception of acts intended to assign or seize remuneration, oppositions and notifications sent to a public accountant only have effect for five years from their date, if they have not been renewed within this period, regardless of the acts or judgments made on these oppositions and notifications.
