Article L1453-5 of the French Public Health Code

Offering or promising benefits in cash or in kind, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, to persons mentioned in article L. 1453-4 is prohibited for any person providing health services, producing or marketing products covered by compulsory social security schemes or products mentioned in II of article L. 5311-1, with the exception of those mentioned in 14°, 15° and 17°.
