I.-The director of the inter-company occupational health and prevention service draws up the annual activity report referred to in article L. 4622-16, which is presented to the inter-company committee or to the control commission and to the board of directors no later than the end of the fourth month following the year for which it was drawn up. For autonomous occupational health and prevention services, an annual activity report is presented to the social and economic committee no later than the end of the fourth month following the year for which it was drawn up. The body referred to in the first paragraph may make any proposal relating to the organisation, operation, equipment and budget of the occupational health and prevention service.

A company accounting report, certified by a statutory auditor, is submitted in addition to the reports provided for in articles D. 4622-54 and D. 4622-55 by the end of the first half-year following the financial year in question at the latest.

Occupational health and prevention services transmit data relating to their activity and financial management and any other information requested by the administrative authority by electronic means within the deadlines set by the latter.
