Subsection 2: Organisation and operation

The Regional Health Agency will evaluate the results of each action financed and will take this into account when deciding whether to renew the financing of the action. Each year, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency draws up a report on the actions financed by the Fund in the region.

The Conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé is responsible for controlling and monitoring the management of the fund. To this end, it receives, each year before 31 May, the reports mentioned in article R. 1435-34 and a financial report relating to the previous financial year presented by the Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie.
