The apprenticeship contract signed with a temporary work agency must specify the name of the apprenticeship supervisor appointed by the temporary work agency and the length of his or her experience in the temporary work agency.

For the training of the apprentice it employs, the temporary work agency may not enter into an agreement with a host company in application of article R. 6223-10 or with a company in another Member State of the European Union that may temporarily host the apprentice in application of article L. 6222-42.
