For the application of this Title, when the substances or mixtures mentioned in article L. 4411-1 are used mainly in agricultural establishments and farms, the powers of the Minister for Labour are exercised by the Minister for Agriculture.
The rules for classifying, labelling and packaging hazardous substances and mixtures are set out in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
