The body referred to in article L. 4411-4 is designated by order of the ministers responsible for health, labour, the environment and agriculture. This order sets out the technical details of the body’s mission.

The body referred to in article L. 4411-4 and the administrative authorities shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the information in their possession which has been reported to them as falling within the scope of business secrecy is accessible only to persons whom they have explicitly authorised to keep it and who are bound by professional secrecy.
