Section 2: Transparency

The provisions of article R. 4113-110 are applicable, when they do not belong to the health professions, to the persons mentioned in article L. 1451-1 and to persons occasionally collaborating in the work of the consultative commissions sitting with the ministers responsible for health and social security.

The debates of the commissions, councils and collegiate bodies mentioned in I of Article R. 1451-1 that lead to the adoption of an opinion on a public health or health safety issue are recorded in their entirety and the minutes distributed as provided for in Article L. 1451-1-1 . The minutes referred to in article R. 1451-6 are posted online as soon as possible, with due regard for the confidentiality protected by law, on the website of the administration, authority, establishment or grouping concerned, under the authority of the minister, chairman of the authority, director or chief executive of the establishment or grouping, as the case may be. The minister, the chairman of the authority, the director or the chief executive of the establishment or grouping concerned may decide to make the recordings mentioned in article R. 1451-6 available online on the website of the administration, authority, establishment or grouping concerned, while respecting the confidentiality protected by law. They will then remain accessible online for a period set by the latter, which may not be less than one…

The reports and recordings mentioned in article R. 1451-6 are kept by the administration, authority, establishment or group concerned for a period of ten years.
