A copy of the inventory is delivered or served to the debtor and, where applicable, to the persons to whom property has been remitted. Under penalty of nullity, the copy delivered or served on the debtor must state that the property has been remitted to the person designated in the writ of execution or to his authorised representative, whose identity is specified.
