Article R5134-168 of the French Labour Code

The fulfilment of the employer’s commitments, particularly with regard to training, is examined by the authority issuing the decision to grant the aid at each annual deadline. In the event of non-compliance with these commitments, the aid will be reimbursed in accordance with the procedure set out in articles R. 5134-29 and R. 5134-54, depending on the case.
