Subsection 6: Fixed-term contracts not giving rise to payment of the specific contribution based on earned income for the social security contributions of fixed-term contract holders

Fixed-term contracts that do not give rise to payment of the specific contribution mentioned in Article L. 6331-6 are : 1° Employment support contracts ; 2° Apprenticeship contracts 3° Professional training contracts; 4° (Repealed) ; 5° (Repealed) ; 6° the contracts mentioned in article L. 6321-9.
