Section 2: Combating the international spread of diseases in French Polynesia

The national focal point may delegate some of its tasks mentioned in Article 4 of the International Health Regulations (2005) to a local focal point in French Polynesia, under the conditions set out in the agreement provided for in Article R. 3845-3.
