This section does not apply to military aircraft and warships as well as to aircraft and ships specifically chartered by the military authority. The officers carrying out health inspections and issuing the certificates provided for in article R. 3115-29 are authorised by the Minister for Defence in accordance with the provisions of IV of article R. 3115-5.
If a source of infection or contamination is discovered on board a means of transport, the Prefect will have the means of transport inspected and will order the necessary health measures to be taken.
