Chapter I: Payment service providers

Payment service providers shall put in place procedures providing for appropriate mitigation measures and control mechanisms to manage the operational and security risks associated with the payment services they provide. An order of the Minister for the Economy and Finance specifies the content of these procedures.

I. – Payment service providers shall inform the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution of any major operational incident without undue delay. II. – Payment service providers shall inform the Banque de France without undue delay of any major security incident.
