Article R526-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code
The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall make the notification provided for in Articles L. 526-11 and L. 526-19 within three months.

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall make the notification provided for in Articles L. 526-11 and L. 526-19 within three months.
The amount specified in the first paragraph of article L. 526-19 is set at 5 million euros.
The amount stipulated in the fourth paragraph of II of article L. 526-19 is set at 250 euros.
