Subsection 9: Driving self-propelled mobile work equipment and lifting work equipment

It is forbidden to assign young people to drive motor quadricycles and agricultural or forestry tractors that are not fitted with a roll-over protection structure, or with this structure in the folded-down position, and that are not fitted with a driver restraint system in the event of a roll-over.

I. – It is prohibited to assign young people to drive self-propelled mobile work equipment and work equipment used for lifting. II. – The prohibition mentioned in I may be waived under the conditions and in the forms laid down in section 3 of this chapter.
