An allocation, intended to cover the operating costs of the National Standards Assessment Board and the cost of the work required by it, is deducted from the resources earmarked for the overall operating allocation provided for in the Finance Act for the year. The amount of this allocation is determined each year by the National Council, after receiving the assent of the Local Finance Committee.

The procedures for applying this chapter shall be specified by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
