Chapter I: Financial penalties imposed by the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé (French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products)

Where a financial penalty imposed under this chapter may be combined with a criminal fine imposed on the offender for the same acts, the total amount of the fines and financial penalties imposed shall not exceed the highest legal maximum.
