The forecast revenue and expenditure relating to the implementation, over the financial year in question, of the operations included in the investment programme mentioned in article L. 6143-7 are shown in the provisional financing table defined in article R. 6145-13.

The provisional cash flow statement and each of the provisional profit and loss accounts are presented in summary form, by title, and in detailed form, by chapter.

The following documents are appended to the budget: 1° A presentation report drawn up by the director of the establishment analysing the general balance, explaining the assumptions made for expenditure and revenue and outlining the main changes in relation to the previous year; 2° A forecast of the number of paid staff, the model for which is set by order of the Minister for Health.

The estimated remunerated staffing table shows, for each of the estimated profit and loss accounts and by grade, qualification or status, the number of medical and non-medical staff whose remuneration is entered in the budget. It shall show separately the amount of appropriations allocated to permanent posts and those allocated to temporary posts.
