I. – Notwithstanding the second paragraph of article L. 5217-1, the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis brings together all the member municipalities of the Marseille Provence métropole urban community, the Pays d’Aix-en-Provence agglomeration community, the Salon Etang de Berre Durance agglomeration community, the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Etoile agglomeration community, the Ouest Provence new agglomeration syndicate and the Pays de Martigues agglomeration community.
