Throughout their working life, all individuals may benefit from career development advice, the aim of which is to promote the development and security of their career path. The bodies responsible for professional development counselling share the data relating to their counselling activity under the conditions set out in article L. 6353-10. Those who do not fulfil this obligation lose the benefit of the provisions mentioned in article L. 6111-6, under conditions specified by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
