Chapter I: General principles

The fee mentioned in 3° of article L. 114-1 is payable to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée by any person requesting the completion of formalities or the issue of information or documents required for the keeping of cinema and audiovisual registers. The fee is paid in advance by the applicants to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
