Title IV: Legal deposit

The rules relating to the conditions under which the documents mentioned in article L. 131-2 of the French Heritage Code are deposited are set out in articles R. 131-1 to R. 131-7, R. 132-24 to R. 132-32 and R. 133-1 of the French Heritage Code.

The rules relating to the representation threshold for imported videograms are set out in the provisions of the decree of 21 November 1995 setting the threshold provided for in article 28 (2°) of decree no. 93-1429 of 31 December 1993 relating to legal deposit.
