Subsection 2 : Cinematographic representation of a work of an advertising nature in a single département

The minister responsible for culture may delegate his signature to the prefects for the issue of a cinematographic exhibition permit for cinematographic works of an advertising nature represented in a single department without the need to consult the classification committees and the classification commission.
