Subsection 2: Authorisation to practise for nationals of a State which is not a member of the European Union or a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and holders of evidence of formal qualifications issued by a Member State of the European Union or a party to the European Economic Area

Applicants for authorisation to practise under the provisions of Ia of article L. 4111-2 must provide proof of a sufficient level of proficiency in the French language when submitting the application provided for in article R. 4111-14, by obtaining one of the qualifications provided for by order of the Minister for Health.
