Subsection 2: Composition of the committee responsible for examining applications from pharmacists holding diplomas issued by a State outside the European Union.

The Commission d’autorisation d’exercice, which reports to the Director General of the Centre national de gestion, is divided into two sections, each responsible for examining applications to practise as a pharmacist and applications to practise as a medical biologist.

I.-When it meets in application of article L. 4221-12, the composition of the commission includes the members mentioned in I of article D. 4221-2.
