Subsection 1: Composition of the committee responsible for examining applications from pharmacists holding evidence of formal qualifications issued by a Member State of the European Union or by another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or by a third State and recognised by a Member State or a State party.

The Commission d’autorisation d’exercice, which reports to the Director General of the Centre national de gestion, is made up of two sections, one responsible for examining applications to practise as a pharmacist and the other for examining applications to practise as a medical biologist.
