The rights acquired in hours underarticle 22 quater of law no. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 may be converted into euros, at the initiative of any person mentioned in articles L. 6323-2 and L. 6323-33, within the limits of the ceilings defined in I of articles R. 6323-1, R. 6323-3-1, R. 6323-29 and in the first paragraph of article R. 6323-22.
The conversion into euros of rights acquired in hours referred to in article R. 6323-43 is carried out at the rate of 15 euros per hour.
