Paragraph 2: Supervision on a consolidated basis by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution

When, pursuant to II of Article L. 613-20-6, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution decides to assess the likely impact of the measures provided for in II of that article on the subsidiary, on group entities in other Member States or on the group as a whole, it shall communicate this assessment to the competent authorities within three days.

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall adopt a decision pursuant to III of Article L. 613-20-6 within five days of the notification referred to in I of the same article.
