Paragraph 2: Special provisions for publishing a book in digital form

The publisher publishes a book in digital form under the conditions set out in the binding agreement referred to in article L. 132-17-8. Where the publisher has not done so, the assignment of the exploitation rights in digital form is terminated ipso jure.

The publishing contract guarantees the author fair and equitable remuneration on all revenue from the marketing and distribution of a book published in digital form.
