Section 1: General provisions

When a Labour Inspectorate inspection officer observes one of the breaches of the obligations mentioned in section 2 of this chapter, he sends the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment a report on the basis of which the latter may decide to impose an administrative fine.

The decision of the Regional Director of Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment will indicate the appeal procedures and deadlines.

The fine is paid and recovered by the public accountant responsible for the revenue. Proceedings for recovery shall be time-barred in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 274 of the Book of Tax Procedures.
