Article R8115-9 of the French Labour Code
The breaches referred to in article R. 8115-1 are those resulting from failure to comply with articles L. 4751-1 to L. 4754-1 and article L. 8115-1.

The breaches referred to in article R. 8115-1 are those resulting from failure to comply with articles L. 4751-1 to L. 4754-1 and article L. 8115-1.
Notwithstanding Article R. 8115-2, when the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment decides to impose an administrative fine on the basis of Articles L. 4751-1 to L. 4754-1 and L. 8115-1 to L. 8115-8, he invites the interested party to submit his observations within a period of one month.
