Article R2151-1 of the French Labour Code

For the application of 4° to 6° of article L. 2151-1, a professional employers’ organisation resulting from the grouping of pre-existing professional employers’ organisations may rely on all the elements demonstrating the audience and influence of the latter, as well as on the seniority acquired prior to the grouping by the oldest of the latter in the professional and geographical field corresponding to the level for which representativeness is requested.
