Section 3: Financial and accounting system

Subject to the provisions resulting from this chapter, the Agency’s financial system is set out in Titles I and III of Decree No. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budget management and accounting. The Agency’s budget shall generally include all revenue authorised by the laws and regulations and the expenditure provided for inArticle 178 of Decree No. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management.
