Subsection 2: Representation of the professions vis-à-vis the public authorities.

The professions of court-appointed administrator and court-appointed agent are represented in dealings with the public authorities by a National Council of Court-appointed Administrators and Court-appointed Agents, a non-profit organisation with legal personality, responsible for defending the collective interests of these professions.
