Article D7227-34 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the waiting period provided for by the social security scheme to which the councillor to the Assembly of Martinique or the executive councillor is subject for the payment of daily allowances is longer than the fifteen-day period laid down in Article D. 7227-33, the official allowances shall be paid to him in full during the period not giving rise to the payment of any daily allowance.
