Subsection 2: Reimbursement of travel and subsistence expenses

Assembly councillors or executive councillors may claim, on presentation of supporting documents, reimbursement of the travel and subsistence expenses they incur when travelling to take part in meetings of the assembly or executive council and meetings of committees and bodies of which they are a member in their capacity as such or by express deliberation of the assembly.
