Article R8294-6 of the French Labour Code

Any client or instructing party may check with the union of funds mentioned in article R. 8291-2 that the employees of its co-contractor, of a direct or indirect sub-contractor or of a sub-contractor’s co-contractor have been declared to this body and that their cards or certificates have been issued by it. This verification is carried out using the code provided for in 3° of article R. 8292-1.
