Article 1180-16 of the French Code of civil procedure

Any decision of the judge is notified, at the registry’s behest, to the applicant, the parents and, where applicable, the ad hoc administrator. Article 1180-17 of the French Code of civil procedure

Copies of the judge’s decisions may only be issued to the applicant, the parents and, where applicable, the ad hoc administrator. Interested minors who have reached the age of majority may obtain copies of decisions concerning them. Persons with a legitimate interest may also obtain extracts with the judge’s authorisation. The judge’s decision is a measure of judicial administration.
