I.-The transfers referred to in the third paragraph of Article R. 743-140 shall give rise to the collection of the following fees: 1° With regard to the diligence of each transmission of a deed, decision or document, by hand delivery against receipt or by secure electronic means: 1.68 €; 2° With regard to the transmission of an extract from the commercial register, by secure electronic means: 0.57 €.
