Withdrawal of a lot, in the seller’s interest, appearing in number 5 of the table mentioned in article A. 444-1 gives rise to the collection of a fee, payable by the seller, proportional to the figure of the last bid made before the withdrawal, at a rate equal to one sixth of that appearing in the scale in article A. 444-3.

A fee equal to 22.82 € per half-hour, each additional half-hour being due in full, shall be charged for the services listed under the following numbers in the table mentioned in article A. 444-1: 1° Number 2 (purely descriptive inventory); 2° Number 3 (inventory reconciliation); 3° Number 6 (assistance with summary proceedings and registration of the order); 4° Number 7 (assistance with the testing and hallmarking of precious materials).
